We aim to provide a safe- inviting and peer orientated environment where people feel comfortable in trying out exercise and Martial Arts- Our aim is to increase confidence and self esteem- whilst giving the participants tools and contacts to go on to pursue sports and exercise with AMA- individually or by using our sign posting- Our classes use a variety of martial arts- all of our classes are taught on a matted area- No matter your restrictions we adapt the class so that you can join in- Our classes are designed to boost fitness- confidence and give you self defence skills all whilst meeting new people and more importantly having fun- We cater for ages 8- and encourage family members to come and join in as well as friends- If you-re not sure- please feel free to come and watch or contact us- Please come in leggings or board shorts- something not too restricting but baggy clothes will be unsuitable- A fitted t-shirt would be fine-
