My principal way of working is to try to develop a healing relationship with my client- It is in the forming of that relationship that I hope that a client will learn about themselves and develop more fulfilling ways of living- I aim to work with my client in a way that fosters trust and engagement between us- themselves- and life- I try to create a space that enables reflection- understanding and the challenging of unhelpful ways of life- I offer a free introductory session to explore how I might work with a client in a way that is beneficial before agreeing on a commitment if it is felt that I would be a suitable counsellor-
