I am a fully trained- qualified and insured therapist offering massage and holistic therapies within the Chichester and Bognor Regis areas- I am a mobile therapist offering treatments within the comfort and privacy of your own home- or from a professional treatment room if preferred- After qualifying as a massage therapist- I was eager to progress and widen my range of skills- enabling me to offer a comprehensive range of treatments- I continued my training to include Swedish massage- Indian head massage- Hot stone massage and Natural Lift facial massage -facial rejuvenation-- I then progressed to study Reflexology and Myofascial release techniques- It is believed that massage helps restore the balance of energy -chi-- allowing the body to -heal- itself if a problem occurs- For this reason- massage on a regular basis can be used to help prevent problems rather than just heal- by maintaining balance and harmony within the body- I do not follow a set -routine- of massage- instead I tailor make each treatment to suit the individual-s needs- This allows me to use a range of techniques to ensure the best possible massage every time-
