We believe that in order to maintain high standards at Braden Dental Care it is important to invest in continuing professional training for both our support staff and clinicians-Whenever possible- we endeavour to reduce the effect of our business on the environment by recycling- using low energy lightbulbs- using an electricity supplier that utilises wind turbines and utilising digital xrays-Every year Braden Dental Care makes a donation to charity- In the past these have included Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for children- Comic Relief and Macmillan cancer support- Braden Dental Care also gives a financial contribution on a monthly basis to Quality for All- this is a charitable trust which distributes money to local charities just prior to Christmas-We feel that it is important for all those working at Braden Dental Care to have a work-life balance- The staff rota enables each member to have a day off during the working week-
