Dirty Gym - By Invitation Only - is situated in the heart of Glasgow-s West End- Its worn looks and dusty floors give it its name and provide an insight into the principles and attitudes of the TeamDG- Our philosphy is built on experience of both non-equipped training and fully supported scientific training-This combination of science and old fashioned hard work is blended to produce the TeamDG ethos- At DG you will be asked to put yourself on the line and work as hard as you can- You will be asked to train harder- push more and move out of your comfort zone- All the TeamDG coaches require and ask for is HONESTY- No minimum fitness levels just an attitude and an ambition to improve-
