Ecotara specialises in hosting retreats in the Canary islands- The retreat centre is a haven of peace for yoga- pilates- and meditation practitioners- Guests can relax in a beautiful green valley- surrounded by orchards and gardens where organic food is grown- Vegetarian and Vegan food is served- There is a maximum capacity of 18 -including facilitators- and a minimum of 6 to run many retreats- We usually run from 2 day retreats mainly for locals- and up to 10 days and more for teacher trainings- Ecotara is here to facilitate the retreat of your dreams- we can help with special diets- walks in nature- acroyoga or tantra workshops- When retreats aren-t running at the centre- come and stay for a wonderful holiday at Ecotara and share our healthy way of life-
