I am a member of BACP -British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy- and I hold a BA Hons in Counselling-I also hold an MSc in Psychology and I am currently working towards a Professional Doctorate in Sports and Exercise-I have almost a decade of experience as a therapeutic counsellor working in a variety of settings- and with a diverse range of clients-More recently my interests have shifted to incorporate physical health and fitness into the realms of personal wellbeing and being a happy and healthy individual- The mind and body are intrinsically linked and I have a special interest in working with trauma- body image and exercise addiction-
