Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre -KMC- is the main north London Buddhist centre of the New Kadampa Tradition- located close to Golders Green tube and bus station- Its purpose is to offer people throughout London and surrounding areas the opportunity to learn about meditation and the practices of Kadampa Buddhism- We offer weekly meditation classes at the Centre and at over 15 other London venues- The classes are suitable for everyone- from complete beginners to experienced meditators- The Centre also offers Buddhist retreats- study programmes and daily pujas or chanted prayers- These provide an opportunity to deepen our understanding and experience of Buddhism through systematic study of books written by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso- Heruka KMC is open to everyone to enjoy the meditation room- bookshop and garden- or to relax over a cup of tea- Please contact us for more information-
