My intention is to encourage you to let go of your everyday stresses and give you the space to nurture yourself as you breathe- strengthen- stretch and relax your body and mind- I offer a variety of yoga classes and workshops to enhance your life as well as soul soothing yoga breaks to return you to a state of balance-I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching yoga since 2013- My yoga teaching comes straight from my heart with my aim being to bring yoga to everyone- Anyone can do yoga no matter what age- experience or flexibility- If you can breathe- you can do yoga- I am a fully qualified yoga instructor and so am specifically trained to offer modifications and adjustments where needed so that you can experience the yoga postures being taught and participate at your own ability- Most of all breathe- relax and have fun-
