Hi I-m Kelly and I offer yoga classes in Berwick- Alfriston and Selmeston- Beginner Courses- Dynamic Hatha- Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga- Yoga Nidra -guided meditation- classes are every month for the ultimate relaxation- Special events and wellness retreats in stunning locations in and around East Sussex- Please contact me if you-re unsure which class to join- My style is non-dogmatic believing that the traditional alignment of the pose may not suit everyone so with this in mind- we work with you as an individual to ensure the poses are accessible for you- I have a wonderful community of yogis just looking to explore yoga and create some space in their body and mind for an hour or so- Berwick - Monday- 6pm - Vinyasa Flow- 7- 30pm - Yin Yoga- Selmeston - Tuesday - Thursday- Tuesday 6pm - Beginners and Beyond- 7- 30pm - Dynamic Hatha- Wednesday 9-30am - Dynamic Hatha- Thursday 6pm - Beginners -- 7-30pm - Dynamic Hatha- Berwick -one Sunday a month- 6-7pm - Yoga Nidra- Day Retreats- Half-Day Retreat and Special Events - see website- Selmeston Village hall is located just off the A27- parking availed on site- Berwick Village hall is within east reach of Brighton- Lewes- Polegate- Hailsham and Eastbourne- Located very close to Berwick train station-
