Protea Financial Services was established as a result of Jacques Pienaar and his wife Anthea joining forces with each other- Both Anthea and Jacques have extensive Financial Services experience- Jacques has been involved in UK Financial Services since 1994- and Anthea has been a specialist Mortgage Broker since 2003- We are committed to providing the very best solutions for your borrowing and protection requirements- We help clients across the UK- and whilst we are based in Sussex- this does not prevent us from helping clients wherever they are in the UK- We use the whole of the market when researching cases and with our experience in the mortgage and protection field you will be in expert hands- In addition to proving advice on Mortgages and Protection- we also act as Expert Witnesses to the family courts in providing Mortgage Capacity Reports for clients to use at court in divorce proceedings- These reports are very important for determining a person-s ability to obtain mortgage facilities after divorcing- as this will often have an impact on any settlement ordered by the presiding judge- The Protea is South African National flower- Anthea and I were both born in South Africa and we thought that that would be a great choice of name for our business- especially as she loves flowers as much as she does- Protea Financial Services is an appointed representative of Julian Harris Mortgages Ltd- which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority-
