Revive Psychological Services provides therapy for adults and children across Newcastle and Gateshead- We offer online and face to face appointments- Revive was set up by Dr Natasha Wallace to offer support to children and adults who are struggling with their mental health - whether this be coping with trauma -single episode of more complex- or struggling to cope with managing their feelings and emotions on a day-to-day basis- We pride ourselves on providing a compassionate- collaborative and trustworthy service for those who who are in need of some support- We are integrative in our approach and offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy- Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing -EMDR- a therapy specifically for trauma-- Compassion Focussed Therapy and Mindfulness- Do not worry if you are not sure what approach would be best for you- This will be discussed after a comprehensive assessment of your needs is completed- Just as with out physical health- we all require some support with our emotional health and wellbeing at points throughout our lives- Please contact us for more details and to arrange a free- no obligation- telephone call to discuss whether we are the right service to meet your needs-
