I specialise in designing buttercream and ganache wedding cakes and other celebration cakes that have a contemporary look to them-Inspired by modern art and sculpture- interior design- architecture- the cakes I make are characterised by a contrast of shapes and angles- sharp edges- a precise finish and the abstract use of colour- This is combined with other design elements such as moulded wafer paper and chocolate and fresh and silk flowers-
