It-s one where we have fun- where we enjoy the good things in life- without losing track of our goal- If you want a fit and slim body within the next three months- then you need to look at another program- There are some very good ones out there- but be prepared to spend lots of time on it and personally- at Jelly Fish- we can-t stick to those -go hard or go home- programs and we always turn back to our old ways- Maybe it-s just us- but we found that we are not alone--- and that is how we came to start The Jelly Fish Life-
