My name is Paul and I am a massage therapist who specialises in Swedish massage and Hot and Cold stone therapy- By using a variety of techniques I am able to help to ease pain and discomfort- to make tension headaches become less frequent and intense and help with posture issues for all those desk bound office workers-Massage in various forms has been around for 1000-s of years and the benefits of it pre and post events and elite level have been well known for years- its my mission to make sure that these benefits are available to local club cyclists- local runners and members of the public who are struggling in their daily life-
