We are The Yeh Yoga and Fitness Co and we are innovative providers of virtual and in-person yoga- fitness and corporate well-being experiences in any workplace- Although we-re based in London we offer sessions starting from fifteen minutes long to long-term bespoke wellness programs- We tailor sessions for individuals and employers alike- enabling all participants to make time from their busy work routine to focus on their well-being and mental health- We have provided corporate well-being sessions for large corporations and multi-nationals- such as Google- NHS- Adidas and Amazon- Our teachers and class leaders are experienced- empathetic and professional- Our classes can be scheduled on-line-virtually and we can visit the workplace or arrange a suitable space- We offer one to one and group classes such as desk yoga- yoga- Pilates- meditation- breath-work- and can arrange corporate wellness days with health professionals- such as Osteopath and Physiotherapist-
