Age Space supports anyone worried about or caring for an elderly parent or relative with practical advice and guidance- and at its heart is a friendly online conversation space- there are blogs and personal experiences- expert advice and support- www-agespace-org focuses on what matters most to each of us supporting our elderly parents- Care in older age doesn-t need to be a terrifying and lonely prospect for either those being cared for- or those faced with making decisions about care- Age Space was founded in 2015 by Annabel James and Ruth Darrah- We both have elderly relatives and have had to help them make decisions about care over the past 5 years- It has been a lonely- difficult journey and we have found it hard to navigate the care system- and find the answers to our many- sometimes embarrassing- questions- Age Space is the website we wish we had been able to turn to during this time-
