I am a Bristol based Personal Trainer who helps people who are starting on the road to fitness who may- - never have exercised before - have exercised in the past but don-t any more - be currently exercising but need guidance I do this through encouragement and education- My Personal Training style challenges my clients to exceed themselves- but always within their capabilities- My clients- victories will be their own to take pride in and their confidence will grow as a result- I visit my clients in the environments that they feel most comfortable - most often their own homes- The time I spend with my clients is their special time- where possible and provided my client feels safe- we will exercise away from the possible distractions of home life- This will also add variety and interest to the sessions- As your Personal Trainer- I will give- Guidance on reaching your goals Education about strength training- cardio and basic nutrition A reason to train each week- Ways to help track your progress and encourage you Provide a personal training plan for your entire training programme
