Welcome Joybeam- I want to help bring the joy out in you by inviting you to join me in a Yoga class- My classes are fun- lighthearted and freeing while respecting the roots of yoga- meditation and relaxation- I teach weekly yoga classes- aerial yoga- weekend workshops- trainings and retreats- Whether it-s physically- mentally or spiritually I hope you find something that suits you- I first began practicing Yoga in my late teens- alongside dance and it immediately felt like home- My practice evolved with dance until it began to surpass it- Movement is in my blood and you-ll always feel like a dance in my classes- Whether you-ve never done Yoga before or your a seasoned Yogi I welcome you- Yoga is not about progressing to an outward success but digging deeper within the self for acceptance- ease and love-
