I am a Modern-Clinical Pilates Practitioner and Movement Therapist- I teach group classes and also 1-1 private sessions- My background and foundational training has originated from dance- fitness and the physiotherapy industry- Hey there- I-ve been rocking it in the industry for more than 30 years- diving into the fitness world since 1990- My heart truly belongs to Pilates- I-m all about providing and excellent service in a fantastic environment- I keep my classes cosy- ensuring everyone gets the attention they deserve- I want my clients to feel not just supported- but truly special- Every individual gets a personalised program - because you-re unique- and your fitness journey should be too- I-ve had the privilege of working closely with clients dealing with spinal and other physical injuries- gaining valuable experience along the way- You can find me teaching classes in the lovely areas of Madeley- Ashley- Whitmore and Wychewood- I-m passionate about staying on top of the game- Every year- I eagerly dive into new Pilates techniques- attending seminars- workshops- and various courses- Learning never stops- and I-m here to bring the latest and greatest to our sessions-
