Welcome to Total Fitness Now I work with people that have simply forgotten to put themselves first- You may be stressed demotivated and have gained weight- I provide a personal training and sports or relaxation massage to help you get physically and mentally back in shape- My service is truly bespoke- A free health and fitness assessment is provided and from there your own fitness programme is created- This plan includes dietry advice based on the U- K government eat well guide- and a tailor made exercise programme- There are different options available to suit your needs- you can do online sessions or 1-1 personal training- I-m also a qualified Massage therapist- I provide sixty minute massage sessions in my own private studio- I specialize in sports -deep tissue- massage- and Swedish -relaxation massage-- It-s a great way to eradicate minor aches and pains- relax and promote a sense of wellbeing-
