I am a yoga teacher - at the heart of my business are my complete beginners courses- I wanted to provide a safe- supportive and encouraging environment for those who want to start yoga - but are often put off joining an ongoing class where they feel they may be the only ones who -don-t know what to do-- I have a range of yoga classes live online from complete beginners- beginners-plus to intermediate- My classes are a dynamic yoga flow - you will stretch- master balance- grow strength- confidence and work towards headstand and crow- And every class- starts with breathing exercises and finishes with relaxation- In addition to my classes- I also provide private 121 classes for those that may be time poor and want to learn in the privacy of their own home- at their own pace- Or may be recovering from an injury and need to build up slowly- Either way- I am happy to work with you- I also run ladies-only yoga retreats- My next Retreats are being held- 11-18 May 2023 week yoga and relaxation holiday in Kalkan- Turkey- Check my website for further information-
