Hi- my name is Kelly Rowley- I am a level 6 Qualified Counsellor based in Staffordshire- I am a registered member of the BACP- and my style of Counselling is classed as Pluralistic- This means that I don-t really favour one style of Counselling over another- instead I choose to weigh up what style of Counselling would be best suited to you as an individual- I understand how hard life can get- and how hopeless it can feel when you-re stuck in a cycle of negativity- However- it is so important to remember that no matter how difficult things get- there is always light at the end of the tunnel- Sometimes- all that is needed to find and develop the inner strength that you already have is a listening ear and a calm environment- That is what I offer at my Practice in Stafford- I also offer practical strategies and techniques that you can use throughout your life- I always offer -and recommend- a free 20 minute consultation for anyone thinking of using the service- The reason for this is because Counselling is a big commitment- You need to feel comfortable enough with your Counsellor to open up and explore issues that may be uncomfortable to you- This 20 minute meeting allows you the opportunity to see if you feel at ease with me and to ask any questions that you would like to about the service- Alternatively- it is an opportunity for me to try and understand what has brought you to Counselling in the first place and to figure out the best way of helping you going forwards- If you don-t want to take the service any further after this meeting- then there is absolutely no obligation on your part to do so- There will be no hard feelings- and If you require- I can even try to help you find a more suitable solution-
